Well after a very long wait, I finally got to stop in PJ for a Texas Hot Dog. My mouth was watering and I knew I would have a cold Yoohoo, just like the days of old! Ran that dog under my nose and took that first bite......Not good when the first flavor that hits your taste buds is, "refrigerator". Thick, dark, chili flavor sauce, with way too much bite. Did not bring back the wonderful memories, I had hoped for. I am hoping it was just a batch of sauce, that sat around, just a tad too long and was re heated once too many times. Hoping a fresh batch will be closer to the wonderful sauce I remember.
